When using electrical appliances, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
DANGER: As with most electrical appliances, electric parts are electricaly line when the switch is OFF. To reduce the risk of death by electric shock:
1.Always unplug the Laqueen air brush(heated) immediately after using as the unit is still electrically charged.
2.Do not use this appliance in or near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water.
3.Do not place or store the brush where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
4.Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid.
5.If the appliance falls into water, unplug it immediately. Do not reach into water.
6.Do not use an appliance whose cord has become twisted, bent or otherwise damaged.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of bums, electrocution, fire or injury to persons:
1.The appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in. Tum of the switch and unplug the electrical cord when not in use.
2.This appliance is not intended for use by persons, including children, witn reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless under supervision or having been given instruction conceming the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
3.Use this appliance oniy for its intended use as described in these instructions.
4.Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working property, or if it has been dropped, damaged, or dropped into water. Return the appliance to a service centre for examination and repair.
5.Never allow the power supply cord to be pulled, jerked, strained, twisted or severely bent, especially at the plug connections. Damage will occur at the high flex point of entry into the appliance, causing it to rupture and short.
Handle the cord carefully for longer life.
6.Keep the cord away from heated surfaces. Do not wrap the cord around the appliance.
7.Never drop or insert any object into any opening
8.Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered
9.Do not use an extension cord with this appliance.
10.The air brush is hot when in use. Do not let bare skin and eyes touch heated surfaces. Use the handle.
11.Do not place the appliance directly on any surface while it is hot or plugged

12.Do not operate with voltage converter.
13.Do not use appliance during an electrical storm; a lightning strike could result in electric shock.
14.Never place the device on fabric items such as rugs and bedclothes if it has not completely cooled down.
Laqueen air brush(heated) Operating Guide:
Plug in the product, short press the power button to turn it on with a startup temperature of 190°C. Long press for 2 seconds to turn it off. Short press to adjust the temperature within the range of 190°C/210°C ( fine/thin hair recommended using 190 °C, coarse /thick hair recommended using 210 °C)
Cool air can be always on for better longer lasting results .
The digital display shows the real-time temperature when the heating element is active. After reaching a constant temperature, the display shows the current temperature setting.
If the product runs for 30 minutes, it will automatically shut down. Short press the power button to resume operation.
Before cleaning or storing the product, allow it to cool down.
Usage Guidelines
After each use, store the power cord only after the heating plate has cooled down. Do not wrap the power cord around the product.
If there are stains on the product's surface, use a damp cloth with a cleaning agent to wipe, avoiding water usage.
This product should only be used for hairstyling and not for other purposes.
OUR WARRANTY
- Faulty Items - Process for Refund or Replacement
Your Laqueen Hair device is warrantied for 1 year from date of purchase when presented with a valid receipt/ order confirmation.
An initial investigation will be conducted on receipt of a video showing the potential fault. This video should be sent to info@laqueen.com.au
If deemed potentially faulty you will be asked to return your device for testing. A form will be provided to be included with your return. Freight will be reimbursed if your device is found to be faulty to the extent of standard delivery fees. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
Once deemed to be faulty; if purchased within 30 days you will be offered a refund or replacement. If you choose a refund, this will be provided in a timely manner, once it is determined that the item is indeed faulty (normally within 14 days).
Once deemed to be faulty; if purchased within 12 months but after 30 days a replacement will be provided. If a replacement is provided, then the warranty on your Laqueen hair device is still dated as per the date of your original purchase.
We cannot provide refunds or returns for products purchased through other retail outlets. Only products purchased on the Laqueen website may be dealt with directly by ourselves. We would ask you to contact the company you purchased your product from if through a third-party.
